Meet Our Team Members
Dan Anderson – Founder
Dan started 4 Seasons Construction & Roofing in 1986. He served as President for over 30 years and still used as a valuable consultant. He gained experience prior to starting 4 Seasons while employed with Ridge Roofing in Willoughby, Ohio.
Dan is active within the community and currently is a Trustee with the Chardon Fraternal Order of Eagles. He would like to thank Chardon, the city in which he met his wife and raised his 5 children, and the surrounding communities for placing their trust in his company
for so many years!
Dan currently resides in Chardon with his wife Patricia.
Danny Anderson – President
Danny is the middle son of our founder, Dan Anderson. He has been a part of 4 Seasons Construction & Roofing since he was a child and spent every summer with the company until he graduated from college.
Danny graduated from Chardon High School in 1997 and The University of Mount Union in 2003 with a B.A. in Sport Business and a minor in Business Administration.
He was an Ohio State Champion and 2x NCAA All-American on their respective wrestling teams. Under his leadership along with the foundation that was laid by his father, Danny has brought 4 Seasons Construction & Roofing to new heights with growth and record years in Revenue.
In his spare time, Danny enjoys watching high school & college wrestling. Danny currently resides in Gates Mills with his wife Sharon, daughter Taylor & grandchildren Easton & Ava.
Nick Anderson – Sales Representative
Nick is the youngest son of our founder, Dan Anderson. He joined 4 Seasons Construction & Roofing in the spring of ‘21 as a Project Manager. Nick brings a wealth of commercial roofing knowledge from his past position of 6 years as a QA Inspector. Born and raised in Chardon, OH, Nick graduated from Chardon High School 2006 and The Ohio State University 2012 with a B.A. in Economics.
When he is not working on roofs, you can find Nick working on his ever-improving golf game. Nick currently resides in Chardon with his wife Kelly & son Noah.
Haley Hrenko – Office Manager
As a former Hairstylist, Haley brings her creativity to the company with social media
content, marketing strategies and running the front office. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service to her clients and continues to learn and advance her skills. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and trying new local restaurants. Haley currently resides in Lyndhurst.
